We are sorry that you had to cancel your trip and we hope to see you again soon!

Please fill out this form to confirm that you are cancelling.  We will NOT look for someone to fill your seat until this form has been received.

All final payments are due 90 days before your trip.  If you do not pay your final payment on time, we will consider it a cancellation within 90 days.

We offer credits towards future trips based on the cancellation date (either before or within 90 days of the trip). We do not issue refunds for cancellations.

Before 90 Days

You will receive a credit for the value of your deposit, less the cancellation fee of $25.

If you do not pay your final payment by the due date, the terms for cancellation within 90 days will then apply.

Within 90 Days

All cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable.

Your best option is to fill your seat, have your friend pay you directly.  The funds on hand will be applied to your friend, less the admin fee.

If you cannot fill your own seat, we will make every effort to fill your seat for you.  If we are successful, you will receive a trip credit of 75% of the value that we are able to sell the seat for.  No admin fee will be applied in this case.  Your credit may be used within two ski seasons from the time of issue.
